Scrum Master, Autonomous Driving

Location: Kraków

We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to work in our Krakow, Poland location. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the latest technological advances that will transform mobility toward the future. We are looking for someone with a good automotive systems and software understanding who has the capability to lead an Agile team of specialists in customer pursuits. You are a self-starter that is able to resolve ambiguity and provide focus across multiple domains of expertise.

Your role:

  • Responsible for driving SW engineering processes
  • Responsible for implementing Scrum based agile practices of Scrum Teams in multiple international locations
  • Run daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals efficiently and strictly
  • Optimize work and value of SW engineering teams, manage progress of sprint and delivery dates, and milestones
  • Implement structural changes and strategies that are generated by Agile retrospectives, and assess Scrum maturity
  • Coach, train and guide the SW engineering organization on Agile methodologies to ensure the team is fully functional and productive
  • Coach the Scrum teams on self-organization and improve transparency within the team
  • Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions and remove impediments
  • Confer with engineers and other personnel to determine the root cause and resolve system malfunctions, implement operating procedures, and provide technical information to the customer
  • Continue to stay current in training in the latest technology

Key Requariements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree -Automotive, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • 5 years experience in an Agile development environment
  • Experience in ADAS or autonomous driving development is a big plus
  • Team lead experience is beneficial
  • Programming experience in C, C++ or Java is a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to see the “big picture” and understand how individual tasks interconnect and impact other parts of the development process
