Suzhou Technical Center employs about 400 engineers with diverse competencies comprising software, hardware, systems, manufacturing, testing and validation engineering.
They help to develop advanced safety, infotainment, user experience, vehicle connectivity and security systems for next generation vehicle platforms.
Suzhou has over 2,500 years of history, with abundant sites of historical interest. Suzhou has been a national economic, cultural and commercial center in China since the Song Dynasty in the 10th century. The famous Italian explorer Marco Polo nicknamed the city “Venice of the East.” Suzhou is about 100 kilometers northwest of Shanghai.
It is known for its canals, stone bridges, pagodas, and meticulously designed Chinese classical gardens which make Suzhou one of the top tourist attractions in China. The gardens of Suzhou were added to the list of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1997
