Technical Center Wuppertal is where our software and mechanical engineers are developing sensors, such as camera and radar, control units for advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving technologies. 

Multiple teams work together on solutions for the mobility transformation, including growing computing power and data in cars, as well as technologies for energy and data distribution on board.

The controllers for Audi’s advanced active safety functions for autonomous driving were developed by our engineering team.

Our Tech Center is home to more than 700 professionals, including engineers, technicians and managers.

We are focused on  greener and more sustainable new mobility, working high voltage systems and components for electrified cars at our facility.
