Mexico Technical Center in Ciudad Juárez

Aptiv’s Mexico Technical Center (MTC) is one of our largest research and development facilities. It is home to almost 1,500 employees, including almost 800 engineering professionals, and it comprises all segments and functional areas of Aptiv.

MTC is the nation's premier automotive engineering center, developing high-tech solutions to current and future mobility challenges. Its highly technical and diverse workforce designs and builds prototypes and conducts tests, evaluations, verifications and validations for hundreds of customers around the world.

Our MTC engineers have filed more than 383 patents, 1,143 records of invention, and 22 trade secrets, underlining the site’s attention to scientific and technological development.
