Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a rotational program to better identify future leaders of the company. Participants in the program will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months. Each assignment will be in different areas of finance with at least one as an international assignment.Join our mission
The program is led by Senior Finance Executive Team and is committed to develop strong leaders. The participants of the Program have a unique chance for an accelerated career growth. Following successful completion of this Program, participants have an opportunity to continue working for us in roles within Finance with increased responsibility.
FLDP provides the participants with a wide breadth of experience into all functions across the finance organization, including:
Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes that support an organization's financial health and business strategy.
Corporate development refers to the planning and execution of strategies to meet the organizational objectives of the Aptiv Group.
Internal audit evaluates the Aptiv Group’s internal controls, including its corporate governance and accounting processes.
Treasury manages the groups cash, external debt and banking relationships.
The Controllership function ensures that the accounting policies of the Aptiv Group are appropriately applied and followed. They are also responsible for statutory compliance.
Investor relations provide investors with an accurate account of the Aptiv Groups affairs. This helps private and institutional investors make informed decisions on whether to invest in the Group.
