Agile Coach
This role is about mentoring, coaching and supporting teams, organizations and individuals.
We are looking for:
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least three years of experience working in an Agile environment, preferably in a variety of situations
- Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and experience with Lean
- Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban and XP Agile practices
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and standards, including CMMI, SPICE, and more
- Certification as a scrum master and scrum practitioner is a plus

Define, plan and prioritize the product roadmap for the future of mobility.
We are looking for:
- Project management skills, especially in the areas of estimating, planning, clarifying goals and actions, managing backlog and identifying risks
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and a keen interest in staying up to date with the trends in this dynamic field
- Ability to communicate effectively and convey complex concepts in simple language
- Skill and willingness to anticipate customers’ needs
- Ability to give developmental feedback
- Skills in applying coaching techniques in a business environment
- Knowledge of the principles of servant leadership
- Ability to work in complex matrix organizations for the benefit of the team
