At Aptiv, we’re committed to nurturing talent, and the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is your launchpad to success. We invite applicants with diverse academic backgrounds, including final-year students and recent graduates with degrees in finance, accounting, economics, management and business analytics. Participants in Aptiv's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) rotate through three assignments, each lasting 12 months. Assignments will cover different areas of finance, with at least one as an international assignment.
