With a team of over 2,500 engineers and subject matter experts, our India operations are further strengthened by manufacturing sites in Cochin, and Chennai, specializing in products for Intelligent Systems, Connection Systems and supported by software solutions from Wind River.

Technical Center India for Intelligent Systems

Established in 2000, Aptiv’s Technical Center India (TCI) in Bengaluru is one of our largest site in the APAC region, delivering advanced engineering support to OEM customers across the United States, Europe, Asia, and India. TCI brings deep expertise across safety, connectivity, and infotainment systems, playing a pivotal role in Aptiv’s global innovation network.

Further strengthening our engineering footprint, Aptiv established an additional Technical Center in Chennai to address the evolving needs of local OEMs. This center leads the development of next-generation ADAS perception tools, in-cabin sensing technologies, and software-defined infotainment platforms. It also contributes to Aptiv’s cloud-native architecture, leveraging integrated hardware, software, and edge capabilities from Wind River.
