Troy Technical Center
The Troy Technical Center is Aptiv’s largest site in the United States and is within driving distance of multiple OEMs. Our 1,300 employees develop algorithm-based capabilities, including object tracking, sensor fusion, perception, behavior and motion planning, localization, mapping and simulation. In addition to this algorithm engineering, all segments and corporate functions are provided at this location.
Agoura Hills Technical Center
With 55 employees, this engineering center is highly focused on software and systems engineering for our automotive collision avoidance and active safety systems. Engineers in this location integrate and fuse radar, lidar and vision together to create a 360-degree safety experience for the driver and passengers. These hardware components are critical for many levels of autonomous mobility and ensure redundancy through complementary sensors that anticipate and avoid accidents.
