CTS 1.2 SensoMate™ solutions provide compact, high-performance connections for sensors and electronic devices across demanding applications. Featuring a VDA/USCAR-compatible 1.2 mm interface, the system is designed to withstand extreme vibration and temperatures up to 175° C while enabling reliable assembly and serviceability through a one-piece molded housing and Aptiv's patented Smart Locking System.
A versatile range of sealed housings built for quick, reliable assembly across automotive applications. Choose from 2-10 way female short-shroud, 2-4 way inline short-shroud, and 2-4 way inline long-shroud configurations. The family also meets 48V requirements and is offered in black for 12V and blue for 48V to simplify voltage identification.
CTS 1.2 terminals are engineered for consistent performance in harsh environments. These terminals cover a broad wire range, from 0.13 mm² to 1 mm², and offer validated mating capability with other suppliers’ terminals already on the market - giving you flexibility and confidence in mixed-supplier builds.
Complementary components complete the connection system, including cable seals that provide reliable environmental sealing. The family is also compatible with industry-standard dress covers, enabling seamless integration with existing routing and protection solutions.
