  • Aptiv and Wind River are introducing the industry’s first end-to-end, cloud-native DevOps platform, which is purpose-built to enable customers to seamlessly develop, test and deploy advanced software solutions while leveraging insights from built-in data analytics to continuously improve vehicles in the field and future vehicle models.
  • By integrating the Wind River Studio cloud-native software platform into Aptiv's industry-leading Smart Vehicle Architecture™, Aptiv will enable customers to unlock the full potential of the software-defined vehicle throughout its complete lifecycle.
  • Smart Vehicle Architecture™ is a sustainable open platform that reduces complexity, enables feature-rich, highly automated vehicles, and lowers total cost of ownership on a like-for-like basis over the life of the platform. SVA™ represents technology building blocks that scale to flexibly support the software-defined vehicle.
  • As the industry leader in ADAS solutions, Aptiv has unique insights into what it takes to deploy these solutions at scale. We’re working on our second generation of highly centralized ADAS while our competitors are still on their first.
  • Our next-generation platform takes a radar-centric approach, enabling us to leverage its advantages in greater flexibility, scalability, compute and power optimization, and feature availability – all of which are particularly important as you move to higher levels of functionality.
  • This ultimately results in equal or better system performance at as much as 25% lower cost than an equivalent vision-based system. This is validated by the KPIs of our demonstration vehicle against industry benchmarks across a wide range of challenging scenarios.
  • The advantages of this open, developer friendly platform are backed up by our flexible business model, which encourages further enhancement over time and provides our customers the flexibility to tailor the system to individual technology roadmaps and strategies.
  • Based on the latest generation of Aptiv’s Gen 7 radar series, Aptiv Advanced Driving & Parking (ADP) Core is a basic driving and parking solution developed by the Aptiv engineering team in China. This system is equipped with five radars, six cameras and a domain controller with Wind River Linux.
  • To achieve higher levels of assisted driving, Aptiv provides the Advanced Pilot & Parking (APP) Pro solution, which applies 5R11V1D for more functions of Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) and Valet Parking Assist (VPA).
  • Aptiv is showing its integrated cockpit controller, which uses high-performance compute capabilities to support cross-domain integration and can be tailored and extended to meet customer requirements.
  • The ICC’s stable and reliable hardware and software systems empower our partners to deliver more diversified cabin functions.
  • With the first start of production scheduled for the third quarter of 2023 in China, Aptiv demonstrates leading speed-to-market.
  • Aptiv was among the first in the industry to develop high-voltage systems, and has introduced a wide range of vehicle electrification technologies and solutions, including high-voltage harness systems, high-voltage busbars, high-voltage connectors, charging systems, power electronic systems, etc., to deliver system-level solutions.
  • With the acquisition of Intercable Automotive Solutions, an industry leader in high voltage power distribution and connection technologies, Aptiv further enhances its position as a global leader in vehicle architecture systems.
